The purpose of the meetings is to complete the legal requirements for the amalgamation of the VICTORIA R.E.A.D. SOCIETY with VICTORIA LITERACY CONNECTION under the provisions of the BC Societies Act 2017. The three resolutions to be voted on are attached.
